My Story
Everybody needs a voice and an expression. Everybody yearns to be seen, to be heard, to be felt. And the greatest gift you can give yourself and the world is to see, hear and feel yourself first!
We all come from love. It is in the human journey that we lose our way from love into fear and its many expressions and experiences, always with the deep longing to return to love.
My journey has been an exploration of fear and its limits and then love and its abundance. I have had the privilege and honour to support and witness the beautifully messy experience of awakening, followed by the magnificent shift into empowerment. I lead workshops, that demonstrate and teach the way to conscious living. I live from a place of wholeness and connection where I regularly receive guidance from Source to inform my day to day living,
You too have this ability to receive and be guided with grace and ease through life. We all have this ability, unfortunately many of us have not been shown the way. The courses I run are a curation of knowledge and wisdom I have received and translated into digestible bites of practical information with simple exercises designed to put you back in touch with your unique source of higher guidance.

Your Story
This story is the story in which each of us individually is trying to express our uniqueness within the greater journey of the human experience. This is a story of wholeness, and loss of that wholeness...until now.
In this story you are born whole and complete. A pure innocent baby who comes into the earthly realm whole, complete and perfect. So strong is your sense of wholeness, so profound is your sense of connection to all that is, that when you fall asleep, no amount of movement, cajoling or sound can awaken you. In your awakened state, you don't know yourself as separate from your environment, instead you understand your environment to be an extension of you. And this produces such a great sense of faith that you know to get anything you want you simply have to cry out, smile, make eye contact and you will be received.
As life comes upon you and you begin to engage more fully with your environment, with people who themselves aren’t aware, you start to fall away from your sense of wholeness, the knowingness begins to thin and the very human journey of forming and expressing your individual personalities ensues. Personalities can take on a variety of expressions which are driven by emotions and beliefs born of conditions that are put upon you, unknowingly, by your care givers.
With the passage of time, your connection to that knowingness weakens as you assume different life roles based on how your personality wants to express itself and more deeply how your personality wants to resolve its fears and desires. Left unresolved, this produces conflict deep within you unconscious mind. Sometimes this internal "tug of war" goes well, sometimes it goes badly, most of the time it happens randomly and if left unchecked can become overwhelming and spin out of control until you find yourself in a life that is not enjoyable and that you don’t know how to change...until now.
